Domestic Delivery Rates
How do I check the status of my order?
For standard delivery, if you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at HendonSoapCo@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All orders received are processed and dispatched the next morning (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched. There may be postal service delays from time to time which are out of our control once dispatched.
Domestic Delivery Rates
We offer different delivery options based on how quick you would like to receive your order. 48 hour delivery is £4.50, and 24 hour delivery is £6.
International Shipping
International Shipping
Ordering through our website is currently restricted to the EU. If you wish to order from elsewhere, please email HendonSoapCo@gmail.com along with your requested order and delivery address and we will calculate shipping costs for you.
Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hendon Soap Co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which depending on the delivery service selected will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the order is incorrect or arrives damaged.
In the event that there is a problem with your order, please email us as soon as possible at HendonSoapCo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
